can you tell me a good fish based recipe? i want to learn my kids to eat more fish based products instead of meat (beef, pork, chicken etc). i think that fish is more healthier for health than other kind of meat. to use them with fish i bought a beautiful animal themed plates. The plates are durable and 100% microwave, oven and food safe. i am talking about the seychelles collection from keicreations.com
